In winning its first playoff game in 10 years, White Deer moves on to meet the winner of today's Sundown-Ralls game in the regional semifinals next week at a site and time to be determined.
''Our defense played great, and the offense did what it had to,'' White Deer head coach Wade Wilson said. ''We were able to control the line of scrimmage against them, and that was the key for us. They like to run the ball, and Jerry Henderson has been a great back all season.
''Our defense took him out of the game, and he wasn't a factor. This is a huge win for us. We beat them earlier in the season in a closer, low-scoring game.
''You always wonder if you can beat a team twice in the same season. They did it against us last year, and we were able to do it this year.''
The Bucks (10-1) scored on their first possession on an 18-yard pass from Parker Petty to Thomas Rapstine that capped a five-play, 44-yard drive after a Memphis punt.
''We were still in the game at halftime,'' Memphis first-year head coach Steve Cates said. ''After they scored on their first possession, we held them pretty well.
''That touchdown run on the fourth-down play early in the third quarter was a backbreaker. It gave them a lot of momentum.
''Their defense took us out of what we like to do most, and that is run the ball with Henderson. They made a handful of big plays on offense.''
After Bryan's touchdown run early in the third quarter gave White Deer a 14-0 lead, the Bucks forced a punt after three running plays netted minus-2 yards.
Staying entirely on the ground, White Deer drove 45 yards in seven plays to go up 20-0 when Tyler Perryman scored on a 4-yard run with 4:06 remaining in the third quarter.
''On the fourth-down touchdown run by Bryan, we hit them with a quick trap inside and he broke free,'' Wilson said. ''Our running game has been pretty much by committee all season. It seems like someone, and it's usually a different player, steps up to make a big play.''
Audie Gaines' 59-yard run on the first play of the fourth quarter, after a Memphis punt, gave White Deer a 26-0 lead.
With just less than four minutes to play, Perryman stepped in front of a Mavrick Cruz pass and returned it 48 yards for the final touchdown.
The Bucks held Memphis to 82 yards, including 79 yards rushing on 40 attempts. Henderson, who entered the game with more than 1,200 yards rushing, carried 17 times for 18 yards, and 14 of that came on a run from punt formation late in the first half. He was stopped six times for negative yards.
Kevin Alexander led the Cyclones with 74 yards on 13 carries, including 54 in the second half.
White Deer ran for 235 yards on 40 attempts as it had 256 yards total offense. Bryan had 69 yards on six carries, and Gaines had 62 on seven attempts.
