The plan for April 6, 2020

Thank you for your patience through this difficult time of educating your kids. I know you are now aware the Governor has closed schools till May 4th.  We will continue to educate the students in the same manner that we have been. As a parent I understand some of the difficulties helping your kids get on line or just doing their work.  I also know the difficulty helping do schoolwork that was completely different when you were in school. We are trying to be proactive in knowing what problems may arise while helping your kids do their school work. I have asked teachers to make short videos on assignments that may need some assistance.  We will continue to communicate with the means that each grade has set up.  Again thank you for your help in educating your kids.

We will take up the first packets and hand out the second packets on Monday April 6th  between 8:00am and 11:00am. Anyone who can not be here please call the school to make other arrangements. It will be the same procedure as the first time except we will take the packets up first and then hand the second packet out. Once again we will hand out in two places. In White Deer we will be in the barn on the north side of the cafeteria in the bus lane. In Skellytown we will be at City Hall. These packets will be for two weeks excluding the two holidays on the 10th and 13th.  At the end of the two weeks we will repeat the process (April 20th ) for the next two weeks. All work on the first packet must be finished by Sunday April 5th and all work on the second packet finished by Sunday April 19th. Please ensure you bring your kid(s) packet with you on Monday.

If you have any questions call the school (806) 883-2311 or my cell phone (806) 681-1992 if you have any questions.
