I am a White Deer High School graduate.  After High School, I went to Frank Phillips Jr. College and then transferred to Oklahoma State University.  I graduated from OSU in 1986. I also attended West Texas A&M University to become a teacher in Texas.

After college, I moved to Dallas where I worked for the Texas Society of CPA's as a Software Specialist.  I later became the Trainer and Help Desk for over 400 employees.

One weekend I ventured home to White Deer and met my husband.  We were married and relocated back to the Texas Panhandle in 1991.  I am currently the Technology Director for the district.

My husband works as an Insurance Adjustor.  We have 4 children.  Our oldest son, Cameron graduated from Oklahoma State University and works throughout the entire Panhandle. He and his wife, Lynsey reside in Spearman.  Lynsey is a Texas Tech Graduate and works at the Ochiltree General Hospital.

Our middle son, Casey and his wife, Lexi are both West Texas A&M University graduates. Casey works for Crop Production Services and Lexi is a nurse.  They also live in Spearman. Casey and Lexi are the proud parents of my grandson, Kyson J.

Our youngest son, Cuyler is a Clarendon College graduate and currently attends West Texas A&M University.  Our oldest, daughter, Melissa, is married to Jacob Whitaker, and they live in Amarillo.  She works for the Area Agency on Aging.  She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Masters in Social Work.  Jake manages a Landscaping company.  They are the proud parents of my granddaughter, Kenzie and newest grandson, Carson!
